Lidia Grammatico

Lidia Grammatico is an educator and psychotherapist specializing in Ensueño Dirigido (guided imagery) and healing visualizations. She is a leading practitioner in the psychology of the Enneatypes and in the integrative psychotherapies developed by Dr. Claudio Naranjo. She trained in the SAT Program in Spain and Brazil under Naranjo’s direction, and he later entrusted her with coordinating the program in Argentina. Founder and president of the Asociación Argentina Programa SAT para Educadores, she has carried out extensive training work in Argentina and other Latin American countries, integrating the Enneagram, Gestalt, bodywork, and meditative practices. She has deepened her exploration of these practices through the teachings of Tarthang Tulku. Her path is deeply connected with self-knowledge, personal transformation, and the cultivation of presence.
